Iran's Nukes : Even the Guardian Can See It

It is a serious matter indeed when Al-Guardian is the one to break the story on Iranian nuclear misdeeds. Normally one to osculate the orifices of every Islamist state, organisation or loonbag, the Grauniad has in its wisdom broken a story on the Bleeding Obvious. [Hat Tip: Atlas Shrugs] Happily, some home truths are delivered:

The Iranian government has been successfully
scouring Europe for the sophisticated equipment needed to develop a nuclear
bomb, according to the latest western intelligence assessment of the country's
weapons programmes.
Scientists in Tehran are also shopping for parts for a
ballistic missile capable of reaching Europe, with "import requests and
acquisitions ... registered almost daily", the report seen by the Guardian
The warning came as Iran raised the stakes in its dispute with
the United States and the European Union yesterday by notifying the
International Atomic Energy Authority that it intended to resume nuclear fuel
research next week. Tehran has refused to rule out a return to attempts at
uranium enrichment, the key to the development of a nuclear weapon.
Note that this report comes from European intelligence agencies, produced for the benefit of European leaders.
Of course, we have had reams of increasingly alarming evidence presented for months by Israel, the US, Iranian dissidents and other bodies, while the response of the EU has been the urgent need to hold more talks, and make more concessions. If negotiations fail, so does the whole raison d'etre of the EU. Their "soft power" turns out to be a failure, and we cannot have that now can we (unless the French are meddling in the Ivory Coast that is). One compelling bit that is going to be happily ignored by suicidalist Europe is this one

The document lists scores of Iranian companies and institutions
involved in the arms race. It also details Tehran's growing determination to
perfect a ballistic missile capable of delivering warheads far beyond its
It notes that Iran harbours ambitions of developing a space
programme, but is currently concentrating on upgrading and extending the range
of its Shahab-3 missile, which has a range of 750 miles - capable of reaching
Iranian scientists are said to be building wind tunnels to assist in
missile design, developing navigation technology, and acquiring metering and
calibration technology, motion simulators and x-ray machines designed to examine
rocket parts. The next generation of the Shahab ("shooting star" in Persian)
should be capable of reaching Austria and Italy
Not that this should get in the way of EU priorities, including good old Bush bashing, prosecuting Oriana Fallaci, damning the Danes for excercising free speech, appeasing Paris rioters, suggesting that European women cover up so as not to provoke Muslim men to rape them and most importantly further negotiations with Iran, and further concessions.

The closer Iran gets to a deliverable nuclear weapon, and the more outragous and brazen their anti-semitic rants, the more they crack down on their dissidents, women and Western music - the more they obviously want to be loved, and embraced by the tender bosom of the EU.

Now that neo-Islamist Turkey (no.1 bestseller: "Mein Kampf") is about to join the EU, perhpas Iran is sure to follow. After all, isn't Iran a democracy, just like Turkey ? Don't they have oodles of oil? Aren't they such great scientists, developing marvellous things that glow in the dark, produce mushroom clouds and can fly all the way to Rome ? Isn't Iran an Indo-European nation, and thus culturally close to Europe ? Isn't this the best way to avert Iran's nuclear ire ? Bloodless conquest is, after all, so, uh, bloodless...

You think I am kidding ? You think this sounds too implausably insane ? Just watch the craven Islamofellating bent-over dhimmi leaders of Eurabia... Five years ago, if I told you about the blatantly Eurabian dhimmi shit that they have pulled since 9/11, would you have believed me?

Iran is proving to be the greatest ideological/military horror since Hitler's Germany. All the ingredients are there. A great military power, humbled in a long war of attrition, where Western capitalists conspired against it. Now playing brinkmanship with a West that appeases it, even as it arms towards a point of no return, led by a charismatic, fearless and hate-filled anti-semitic loon who is happy to roll the geopolitical dice every second day, and watch the West blink yet again.

But Ahmedinejerkoff is far worse that Hitler. Hitler actually wanted a victory for Germany. He was evil and he wanted to win. Ahmedinabuttjabber is far far more scary. He is millenerian loon hell bent on bringing about the coming of the Mahdi: ie the end of the world. Apparently the Mahdi appears when there is much strife in the world, and some of his devotees want to create this strife to bring him back. Does Ahmedingbat really care if Iran goes up in smoke ?
